Oliver Bramston

The Iron in The Blood workshop, situated in the heart of Devon is where you will find Tim and Oliver Bramston. C H Jones & Son is a family run business with Blacksmithing history dating back to 1899. Tim has extensive knowledge & experience in steel fabrication, construction & restoration for domestic, agricultural & industrial clientele.  He has over 40 years experience within the industry and the family business.

Since University Oliver has focused his skills into metal work within the family business, while also exploring and furthering his studies on other metals such as copper, brass and silver. The high quality and attention to detail in Oliver’s work has led him to win multiple prizes and awards in the County Show National Blacksmithing Competitions around throughout the country. Including North Somerset County Show Champion 2019, Dorset County Show Champion 2018, & Royal Cornwall Show Reserve Champion 2019.

With Oliver’s family history, deep passion and love for the craft he surely has ‘Iron in his blood’.
